•400ml heavy cream
•100g Parmesan cheese, finely grated
•Salt, to taste
•Black pepper, to taste
Additional:
•250g pasta
•Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
3. Drain and set aside, reserving a small amount of pasta water for later.
Step 2: Prepare the Shrimp
1. In a mixing bowl, season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
1. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently, allowing it to heat through.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, whisking continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.

2. Top with the sautéed shrimp.
3. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a vibrant finish.
